Jessica Liu – Attorney

Before joining East End Trial Group, Jessica was an associate at K&L Gates LLP, where she focused her practice on advising corporate clients on complex ERISA and tax compliance issues, as well as designing, drafting, administrating, and correcting employee benefit plans and compensation arrangements. Jessica’s experience includes corporate transactions involving ESOPs, pension de-risking strategies, equity and management compensation matters, the fiduciary aspects of employee benefit plans, and the employee benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Jessica has also maintained an active litigation practice, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial litigation cases involving insurance policies, construction contracts, and joint development agreements. With her background in defense litigation, Jessica provides a unique perspective on consumer rights and class action cases, assisting the East End team to effectively counsel clients and choose legal battles carefully.

Dedicated to pro bono service, Jessica has counseled numerous immigrants and asylum seekers, preparing extensive applications to the USCIS and representing clients before the Immigration Court.
